used headers still good?

ok, so I just got some used headers from another member on this board and was told by him that they were "pre-bent". when I opened up the package today I received them looking like this:

Will this "cut and paste" design restrict the airflow and nullify the potential gains from teh headers? The piping "pasted" onto the obx headers is a larger diameter than the headers, so will this jack up the airflow?

in addition I recieved 6 nuts and bolts, I guess I will just reuse or get new ones for attaching it to the cat. I also received to gaskets for going between the headers and the engine, BUT I think I am missing something else that should go between the headers and the downpipe. A little rign thing that should go where the green circles are in this pic:

where wuld I get these and what part numbers are they?

thanks in advance guys.

the welds look fine, they are REALLY welded on there though, the welds are HUGE, so I'm sure nothing is getting out from there, but still will the different pipe sizes lose much power?

if it went from large to small yeah, but didn't you say they went to a larger diameter pipe?
I think you'll be o.k. why did that guy sell?

he got them from yet another member on the board, and he could neverget his own exhast manifold off, so he just didn't bother installing them. I guess I'll go install them and see if they do any good.
