price got bumped to 1.75 Million. And honestly it's in a whole different class as the mclaren, it's a true autobahner and I think a mclaren would wax it on a track. the weight alone shows that.

I wonder if they will run it on a track and compare its times with other cars and not just measure for top speed. or do that 0-100-0 test. I saw it done with the maclaren and the driver had to wear elicopter hear muff cuz the car was so loud. And yeah, the car was chirping tires through all the gears.

anyway.... everytime I watch Italian Job, I want a MINI to fuck around with...
and I was thinking that because CLpower was talking about mclaren ripping it on the track against the buggati? orwhatever it is.
1.75 million for a bugatti? Let me take a different E55 AMG for everday of the week($560,000), an Enzo $645,000(minus whatever demand markup, so it is a little unrealistic), a Porsche 911 turbo($135,000) and a Lambo murcielago($273,000) and then buy a SL55 AMG($135,000) just to have a convertable. Seems a little unrealistic when i think of that price in this perspective.

the bugatti is going to be in a class that will not be touched for a very long time. Sort of like the mclaren, but this one will last longer. It has the best of all of those cars put together and then some. There is nothing on the road that will come remotely close to it.

True, but you are talking speedwise. Like you said earlier, the Enzo would probably decimate on the track, straightline racing is boring to me. You really can never put all that power down.

I am talking in terms of where you can drie the car 0-180 mph in the states, besides a track. I realize the car is all wheel drive
The autobahn is nice, but we don't have one over here
