I followed through on my promise (unlike some) and met the guy this weekend regarding the aluminum door sills for our cars. It was painful waking up at 11 on saturday after going to bed at 7am, but it was for a good cause. He took the measurements and said that it would be about a week before the prototype is cut, then he will make sure it fits well on my car and then they will be done. So figure, it will take a few weeks or so.

 

sorry, i didnt follow the origional thread.....but what would the sills look like? besides aluminum, would they say anything, acura.....acura cl? cl style.....im just throwin out idea's.....also, what would be an estimated cost? i'd love to get some so KIT!!

I think the guy said that the door sills would be around $60 and I am not sure what they will say, "acura" or "acura cl". check the 2nd gen column and read that massive sticky, it might have some info.
