Type of spark plugs and distributor wiring that fit H22a (swap 97 CL)

I need to change my plugs and wiring because after the (JDM)swap I had a bad valve seal. Im not sure if the valve seals are the same as the ones that I ordered. I ordered ones from USDM 95 Prelude 2.2 Vtec. Those were just $30. I also need t change wiring and plugs but those arent cheap. Anyone know the year and type of Prelude I should order them from? Would i need to order them from japan? If yes is there a number or website?

Jdm H22's are iternal coil. You will need 97 and newer H22 wires. Get the NGK blue's, there about $65-70 but wort it.

go for the ngk stuff. Thats what honda uses for stock equipment. allthough the blues are a bit nicer. They are super stiff where the autozone $65 ones feel like wet noodles.
