look on V6 forum. The groupbuy was from that one acura dealer. U could still put in that groupbuy code and get it for a good price still...i think it's like 20bucks more now....

i'm still waitting on the v6 one since it will be machined already.

you can get the cam for a 98-99 honda accord for 190 from honda dealer. the exact same camshaft for a CL from the acura dealer is 221

Ive contacted a machine shop here in charlotte NC and they are VERY interested in machining the cam for me b/c they want some business and the co-owner hooks up cars and races them.

yea, but are the cams for an 98-99 accord bigger than ours? I thought the type S cams were from the CL type S.

the 1998-1999 accord V6 cams are the exact same as our cams and engine as well, we both have a J30A1 engine with a distributor. The "machining" needed to be done is for the distributor to fit into place and the end of the camshaft so your engine works right. The cam needed to be machined is the "rear" cam, the one closer to the windshield. if you want this done, Im gonna have my cam machined soon so I'll let ya know how things turn out.

cocoa send me PM im 1 step away from getting this done, ill help ya out....
