probly quite the noob question but thats what i am so dont hate. just received my clear turn signals and checkin to see what all the install entails..wiring and anything else? a step by step run through of the install would be great and could probably go in the noob forum...sorry if its already been covered but i searched pretty extensively and couldnt find the answer to my question so if its already covred just direct me to the thread or somthin..thanks guys

see the picture shove your screw driver in their slowly at the same angle as my finger is going in.... may help to push in the closer side of the turn signal... you will need amber bulbs to replace the clear ones fyi!!!! an amber bulb is an amber bulb.. doesnt matter

see where my finger is? use a flashlight and guide a phillips screw driver into that whole unscrew it and hit the closer side if you couldnt already tell its just held in there and a spring pops it out from the inside... this is the easiest "mod" if you cant figure this out sell your car and get a geo

- just unscrew the one screw
- take the spring off the stock ones, put it on new ones
- replace bulbs if desired (amber/yellow/hyper-white) Bulb #168/194 (parking light), #7440 (turn sig)

no re-wiring necessary

okay i asked this once before but no one answered me... one of the bulbs in my right corner light burned out a while a go... i've taken them off before so i didn't think it would be a problem. well this one will NOT come off. i sat there with a screwdriver for like an hour once -- i keep turning it and moving it around different ways and nothing happens.

i REALLY need to get it off cuz i hate having a burned out bulb!! what can i do?!

i really don't think it's rusty... when i shine a flash light all over the place everything looks just fine... and nothing else in that area of my car seems to have rust.

the hole is really deep, maybe you wouldn't see.
or maybe your spring behind it is not installed. is this the stock lights?
is the screw stripped?

there is a tool you can use for stripped screws, don't know what it's called. my mechanic used it before. if not you might have to drill it out

you can drill the screws out, or put a very strong magnet (also small) on the end of a screw driver and then pull it out
