no its not legit, its one of those "tornado" things, they dont work, they are a gimick.......just like those magnets that you can buy for your gas tank to do something with the gas to make your car run better.............

they are trying to rip you off, its stupid.

I would say ........... save your money dude ! i think its actually gonna decrease your performance cause it will get on way of air truing to get in engine.
