Well, dropped off the 99 3.0 off at the dealer today.At 42k its been slipping from first to second and from second to third. Service rep test drove it and then ordered a new one should be in on thurs. So for now the gave me a Daewoo Leganza to sport. Well, all i can say is its worth a week of misery for a new tranny.

 

hey TampaCL...how werid..the same thing happened to me. i have a 99 3.0 with 47 K on it. IT was slipping first and second. NOw it's in for a new tranny as well. They gave me a rental too. At first, they wouldn't give me a tranny...they tried to say it wasn't honda tranny fuild, so i put that in, and it was still slipping...so they're getting me a new tranny. Mine been in there for about a week now. HOpe i get it back soon. good luck with yours
