the helms manual says to disconnect the 4 pin connector that connects the two sensort sogather. and measure the resistance between the sensors if u look at the connector from where they connect togather. there is a quick disconnect release button. lookin at the side with the sensors attatched to it measure the resistance between
_
1 2
3 4

(that under score is supposed to be the release button.)1&2 and 3&4 in other words the top two pins and the bottom two pins. the res should be 1,850ohm and 2,450ohm of not replace the sensors. if there is it tells u to check each terminal for resistance against body ground to see if there is any continuity if there is then it says to replace the sensors.

then it goes into finding a short using the ecm computer and some wires or just replacing the ecm. i think if they are bad then it should be just the sensors that have to be replaced.

did u try resetting the ecu? disconnecting the battery.

oh yea im the dude who wanted to buy ur rims from tamparacing.com

hit me up if u got any more questions.

Well what i've read online a while back is that TDC is where ur engine stop so the cams and everything stop at a certain point when u shut it off. We did a time belt change and adjustment on my friend old ass 89' integra and it actually stop showing the check engine code. i cant remember if the code read TDC sensor or just TDC....but we did the time belt job just cuz it needed it. dont know where the sensor is...never really mess with it.
