Tokico Blues or KYB AGX? Top Choice

Hey Yall, what do you prefer. I'm getting Neuspeed springs w/ 18" rims and I've narrowed my choices down to two shock styles, KYB AGX and Tokico Blues. All you experienced CL owners out there, holla back. Need some expext imput.

try Tein SS and sell the neuspeeds... that is what I did because I found out how much it costs for koni yellows.

what kind of neuspeed springs? the sport? or race? with sport you might want something like the koni yellows. and for race def koni yellows... and if ur going to go like that you might as well just pay an extra hundred for the TEIN SS

Between the Tokico Blues and the KYB AGX; there's no comparison!

AGX's all the way!

Does it really matter what coil spring and shock combo you should have? What's wrong with the neuspeeds sports? I'd hate to try and turn around and sell them right after I just brought them

i have AGX right now, selling them for some Tein SS's. PM me if you're interested...check the black market.

Personally, I prefer the kyb's to the tokico blues. Now if you were comparing them with the tokico illuminas, its a different story, but then you might as well get koni yellows. Hope I've confused you enough so you buy my kyb's!

welcome to the board

Thanks a mil guyz. I just brought some KYB AGX's on Ebay for about 309 including shipping. I called around here in town and everyone wanted to charge me about $110 for each shock. I also found a shop that's willing to install my Neuspeed springs and KYB shocks for $125. That's the best deal I've found so far. Does anyone have any pics of a 97 3.0 acura with Neuspeed Sport springs. I was told it will give me a 1.75 drop in the front and a 1.5 in the back. i would love to see what they would look like after the springs have settled

Doobious - the neuspeed sports should settle a little more than pro-kits, so it will probably end up lower than 1.75' in the front.

ib_jimmy - I kinda think you can tell when you adjust the illuminas more than the kybs...but for the money i'd take the Kybs (which i did). I love them, but I'm tired of trying different springs to get the right drop, then using crappy coilover sleeves that are making my ride quality awful...which is why i bought the Teins
