Get some Kumho 712 Ecsta Supra tires from tirerack. I have used them and getting a second set now. tirerack.com has great reviews on them. They're only $101 each (225/45/17).

Wow.. :o I found out today that my wheels are supposed to be $714 apiece retail... I TOTALLY didn't pay that much for them, but dayum! Anyone wanna steal my rims so I can get insurance money?
Just kidding...
Anyway, may I suggest Yokohama Paradas... they are wicked looking and decent in dry weather. They suck in the wet, but, you know. They're great in the dry. I like them a lot. I have 18s so I don't know the tire size for 17s, so just pay attention to what everyone else said.
