i recommend you go to your local tire dealers when they have a buy 3 get one free, then you might be able to get a road hazard warranty and free mounting, lifetime balances.

i don't know if you have a discount tires in your area, but I like them because I can go to discount tire direct.com and discount tires will always match the price, and they give you all types of warranties and crap like that for no charge. I actually just purchased my new tires from there today, because I can't take sitting on those rubber bands anymore

yep, my cousins got those shitty kumho's for $75 a piece but got ass raped for $25 mounting fee/stem valves for each tire, so instead of saving money they spent $400 on tires.
then i bought my yoko v4s for $125 a piece but buy 3 get one free so i spent the same they did for much better tires.

Sometimes Tirerack has good deals, you just gotta catch it at the right time. My dad got a pretty sweet deal on 18 all weathers for his TL, cheaper than anything local at the time. Otherwise though we both buy local.

Its not in your best interest to order through tire rack unless your getting wheels.

That said, thier customer service is excellent and I love doing business with them. I have ordered everything from koni shocks to rims/tires.

Only time I have used tirerack is for discontinued tires I can't get locally anymore - they tend to still have backstock for a good price. They're pretty snappy about getting them shipped to your door too.
