Tire moves forward when braking

my passenger side tire moves forward when braking,almost hitting the fender!,anyone have an idea what the cause might be?....my friend recently changed the axle on that side..maybe something loose? i hope its not something major

..mechanic just called back,he said control arm bushing...how much would that cost with labor?

i called the guy this morning,he said you're looking at $120 with parts and labor + $40 wheel alignment,sounds ok...but will that new bushing remove the ''bumpy'' ride i been having..note that i put new struts like 1-2 weeks ago

It'll def improve it if it was disintegrated enough for the wheel and strut rod to move, then it'll help for sure

My whole front passenger suspension colapsed from that same bushing disintegrating

I meant iraqiyl.

I'm close to handing my wallet over to the stealership though and just letting them go to town with the camber kit, bushings, alignment, etc.
