tint question

alright i want it to be ghetto pimp looking(reflective/mirror,etc..)! :P
and legal (i live in kansas)

who has a suggestion? and with your suggestion give price range!

I live in Kanas and I got my windows tinted from tint master, he did a pretty good job. Did it for 160.00
