i just put on my friend's 17 inch rims on my car. now, i can fit 4 fingers in front and 2 fingers in the back. dunno what's gonna happen when i install my 18"s soon. oh btw, i have prokits. does anyone have pictures of 18" rims with sportlines? the only problem that i see is that sportlines have an even drop. i want something that drops the car more in front than the back. like 2.0 front and 1.8 back... does anyone have any suggestions? any pictures would be helpful. thanks!

 

I think the sportline drop looks really good on the CL with 18s. If you decide to go that route i might be able to take the pro kits off your hands

 

if you get 18's and sportlines, you'll rub. if you kept the 17's, sportlines would look real nice. ghander has pics with his 18's and sportlines in his sig.

 

1stGenCl, as soon as i figure something out, i'll be selling my pro-kits... so what kind of drop would give my 18"s a good drop...say one finger gap? i hear H&Rs or Neuspeeds are good as well... can't remember which one has a larger drop in front. ???

Thats wierd. I put prokits on my car with stock 16s and I got 2 fingers in the front and 1 - 1/2 in the rear. You jumped to 4 fingers with 17s?!!

Thats really odd....doesn't sound right at all.

damn joe, you got thick-ass fingers man! j/k actually, i heard that prokits drop the 3.0 more than the 2.3. with my 16s on, i had 2.5 fingers in the back, and 3 fingers in the front.

 

Oh yea...Good point. I forgot about engine weight and my box that takes up half my trunk area.
