Watch out for them turbo's in them Audi's! The K03's have a tendancy of exploding. New turbos (K04 [better/bigger]): 800 and up and the replacement, (where the entire engine needs to be dropped and then you can finally get to them is like another $3000! Or atleast thats how it is/was on the S4's.

 

S4s are really nice cars, but ive heard they suck as far as reliability. Good luck with your a6, have fun and pics soon.

 

Its the turbos that are the worst in the S4's. I almost got one and then i learned about them. I didnt want to spend $5000 to have them replaced.

Damn man, long time no talk. I dont have my aol account anymore, so my Gee7337 screen name wont work anymore. As of now, I am 99% finished. Stop by the forums within the next week or so for an update. Congrats on the new car.

 

just don't buy an audi with 50k+ miles on it... and if u wanna avoid the turbo... go with the new S4 All motor V8....that thing is crazy sweeeeet.

 

Good luck with that, I looked at that car too before I bought the TL but the guys at audizine told me it has tons of problems. Hopefully you won't, it's mostly electrical

s4= i love them cars.....

 

He won't have turbo problems, just electrical..go over to audiworld.com or audizine.com before you buy. Word is the safest used audi to buy is the A4 3.0 but it's not turbo.

 

screw the turbo i have a 100k mile warranty that will cover it all

 

i will still view very often cause my dad has a TL and mom drives an MDX and cousin is buying a 2nd gen...

im not go nna post much but i will still be watching
