Thanks, you saved me $621.00

I just wanted to thank the CL Community here for sharing their knowledge.

We have a 99 CL on a long term lease that's going back in 3 weeks. I've had a problem for a few weeks where the Passenger front seat was stuck all the way back and wouldn't move.

I took it to the dealer last week for an estimate and they came back with $621.00. They said they needed to replace a part on the track and it was very labor intensive and would require them grinding the old part off, etc.

I checked the forums and there were several members who had this same problem. According to them it was always either a Quarter or a Nickle lodged in the seat track. I took my seat out this afternoon and... A shiny quarter lodged in the seat track. I took out the quarter and it works just fine. I'm not out $621 and I'm even .25 ahead!

I wish my dealer was as sharp as you guys are! Thanks again!
