Test Drove the RSX-S

Very fun car. The guy told me he wanted to see how fast i could get going and my g/f wanted to see too so i got up to about 100 but didnt realize it seeing how the speedo is so much different then ours. The numbers are all crunched up. He also told me that i should wait until the red line to shift because he wanted to hear the VTEC.

The six speed was awesome. Very short throws and the clutch was so easy to push in. My car felt so hard to drive after driving that. Is there any way to change the feel on our clutch?

Overall i liked the power and tranny but the front looked kinda cheap to me I dont know but i really want the six speed and that clutch Any ideas can we change our clutch?

My clutch is nice and easy. Have not driven the RSX so don't know if mines the same as yours but before I bought my car I drove an accord that had a super stiff clutch. Like it would tire my leg out in traffic. I talked with a guy a while back that said that a clutch starts to get hard to push in when its going bad, but i can't verify that info.

my clutch feels just right.

They are a fun car but too small for me. I like to be able to bring 2-3 girls out and you would have a hard time in the RSX.

I agree that the power is good, but the shifter is great. Almost as good as the S2000.

stiffer clutch is due to a stronger pressure plate.. which usually helps out during high rpm drops.. and increases the life of your clutch.. cuz its not slipping to hell.. and btw the rsx-s almost beat me when i had a 75 shot.. really.. really really close..

I love that car. I'd really like to get one as a project car. If I wasn't getting married in July I'd have one. Oh well, in due time!!

That looks great. I love the wheels but how much do they slow you down.

On i side note I really like how they didnt put side moldings on that car. Nice and smooth

Just do it right the first time and get an S2000. 13.8 Stock. Plus more mods than you can imagine.

For pure performance, the S2000 obviously beats the RSX-S. But in terms of refinement and utility, the scales shift the other way. I doubt too many people will be cross-shopping the RSX and S2000...

That thing looks righteous!!!!

Too damn small for me, I like to lay down when I drive and plus I ain't no little guy at 6' 215. I started that habit while driving tanks and blowing up shit years ago.

Looks fast as hell, but I like to arrive comfy and with an ass that needs to be awaken!
