For cold weather application warm the light lens by turning on the light until the lens temperature reaches at least 60 degrees. Leave the Light protection in a room temperature until just prior to install. (60 degrees is optimum).



The instructions that came with it said to only apply it when it is between 60-85 degrees outside.

It hasn't really been warmer than 50 here lately. Will turning on my lights actually heat it up enough to help? Any idea how long? I don't know how to tell how warm the taillights are, nor how important the temperature is to the application.

 

im in WI, i just took 5-10 min and took my tail lights off brought them into the house let em heat up for like 30 min or so to get room temp. than i applied them it will be your best bet if its too cold out it will not stick to the lights.
