Tail Lights Question

HAS ANYBODY TAKEN APART THEIR TAIL LIGHTS? IF SO CAN YOU LET ME KNOW HOW TO DO IT AND WHAT SHOULD I LOOK FOR?

im sure you have to throw them in the oven and cook them for 5 minutes at 450 degrees, so you can break the seal. thats about all i know tho.
