Switching to 2nd-gen Seats

I'm thinking about switching to the 2nd-gen CL seats which are so much more comfortable than the 1st-gens.

Anybody already did this successfully???

I was thinking instead of switching out the entire seat, it might be cheaper and easier to switch out the seat foam padding & covers.

What do you think?

The parts are available at www.acuraautomotiveparts.net.

i've already tried this but the seats won't fit perfectly. you will need to make some modifications here and there. it shouldn't cost much to get them to fit, it will just take a lot of time.
