Its on the top hood and rear really bad. t really makes me sick but makes me not even want to look at the car any longer

Just wait for a hot hot day in the summer and run the hose on it with ice cold water, most of the dings will come out.

carbon fiber hood, and a cf trunk?

roof, pull the headliner out, then call up a paintless dent company and see what they can do

probably won't be able to get them all out, but should be able to get the majority of them though

I do not have any pics yet but I wish I were joking. My ex wifes RSX faired a little worse than my CL because it busted her back glass plus beat the shit out of the car. I counted them yesterday and there is about 250 dings in the hood and top. WE never have had hail like that here either, this was just one of those freak storms I guiess. Some of them were the size of softballs but most were baseball and gold ball sized. It destroyed allot of stuff around here. It almost looks like a gold ball with all the dimples all over the car and it being white. It makes me sick to even look at it though. I am going to try and find some dry ice and use a heat gun on them and see if I can get them to pop back out but there is allot of them and doubt it will work on al of them. I just have no idea where to buy dry ice. I could use canned air upside down but I would have to buy a case of it

I have always bought my dry ice at the grocery store. The one I go to that has it, is called Kroger. I think I spent around $5 for about 2-3 lbs worth.

I can't speak for the other grocery chains though.

Most hardware stores either sell or can tell you where to get dry ice

just liability not full coverage. I am going to call around to see where around here to find some dry ice. I am sorry for all the ranting I did but it was really disgusting to come home and find my car looking like a golf ball. I had contacted a dealer that has a 2003 6 speed and he told me he would take my car in on trade even with the dings in it but that would be like just giving my car away, and he wants close to 10k for the 2003 so doubt I go that route but really thought about it I was so disgusted

went and got an estimate today and its for 1600 bucks but thats fixing a few door dings as well but don't think the car is really worth all of that. I have a buddy that does body work on the side and going to ask him how much he will charge and if its cheap enough I may get it fixed and paint it a different color as well. Not sure what color to paint it (since every other car I have ever had has been black, except for the 93 Z28 that was black but I painted hugger orange when it got keyed one time). Any good suggestions on a nice color that would look nice on the 1st Gen CL?

I love my cyclone blue on my 97, but I always thought dark red with gold emblems would look sick.

think I am gonna throw the stockies back on it and roll in primer for awhile until I get it all fixed and painted. Going to be one of them long processes because it will be getting done on weekends and after work some days when he gets home early enough

I finally found a place that has dry ice in the Gastonia area and may still try that on some of the smaller dings with a heat gun but some of them are pretty big and I don't think they will come out with this

thanks but that would be a heck of a drive for a $2 item. I didn't think it would be that hard to find around here but turned out to be rather elusive. It was at a gas supply company that I finally found that had it. it is a little more expensive (like $1.50 a pound) here than there but not to bad
