Are you talking about the front strut tower brace? If so why replace the stock unit? The stock brace has three mounting points which is probably better then any after market brace.

I had to pull-away the carpet from around the towers to expose the tops. The brace mounts-up with these half-moon brackets. You take two nuts off slide the bracket over the bolts and tighten the nuts back down.
Install both brackets without the bar. Then when you push the carpet back into place you can feel the bracket. One slit with a utility knife and you can push the carpet down around the bracket and into place.
Then, just put the bar back between the braces, tighten it up & you're ready to roll (or reduce roll)
anyway - it's a 3 piece unit (or at least mine is). It took all of 30 minutes to install.
I can tell a difference with it. My driveway apron has some weird angles to it (needs replaced). I can tell the car isn't flexing as much when I come in & out of the driveway. Is it in my head? Maybe......
perception -vs- reality...............
as for application.......it's the standard Accord stuff that fits our cars. I think 94-97 is the right span of models. There are other links on here that show what suspension years are compatible.
