Sticky Rear Caliper

While I was installing my headers....I decided to jack up my rear wheels and see how much they spin. I found out that my rear right wheel spins significantly less than my rear left wheel. I pulled my e-brake up and down and tried it again and found that my rear right caliper is sticking slightly. So I'm guessing everytime I apply and release my brakes, the rear caliper isn't fully releasing!!!! Does anybody know what could possibly be wrong with my brakes?

Today's gonna be a pretty nice day (close to 70!!!) so I was planning on taking a look this afternoon. Just wanted to know if you guys had any suggestions. Thanks.

I'm not quite sure, but I almost met my maker last week when i was breaking from only around 70 and the damn car turned left hard when i braked. I think it may be because of a warped rotor from a less than stellar self brake job from this summer. Anyway im doing the same thing today and i noticed they dont spin evenly. Just a suggestion if you end up taking your caliper off be sure to try and get a good look at the front and backs of your rotors. good luck with it
