There are write ups on here about it, search for steering wheel and SRS or steering wheel removal. Ignore the ones about Alex's steering wheel. You have to disconnect the SRS wires or the battery, then remove the airbag to get to the bolt I believe.

Speaking of Alex. I have not seen a post from him in a couple days. Which is wierd because he usually posts like 100 times a day. ????

me and him actually met up last wednesday and it was the first time i have seen his car in person. it is real low, got a wing west front lip. the color is like a plum color but changes color in the light to a bronze gold and blackish purple. shaved. and yea he'll tell u the rest. the reason why i'm saying all of this is because it is the first one i have seen in RI that was modded and looks good and clean. the body work on the sides is real nice and not noticeable. ok i'm done praising ur car man.
