Stealerships!!! I hate em'

How do stealerships sleep at night?? The chain of command of scum bags on this planet start with politicians and in second place.....anyone that works at a dealership.

Dropped in at Acura parts counter to get some new black tabs that hold the hood liner to the hood. Broke all of them off to replace the washer fluid hoses. How much did they want for ten little plastic tabs....32 bux. Are you fisting me or what. This is nuts.

Lets talk about your worst back door penetration without lube at the handz of your local stealership.

Well I work at a dealership so I'm on the other side, and I've never gotten any of my parts for my Acura at a dealership. Dealerships sell their stuff to make a profit so they can afford to keep their business open. They know you can get stuff elsewhere, but when you get it at the dealership you know its OEM and will fit and perform as such.

You know sometimes u need what u need. Money is money whatever. What pisses me off is when the fat ass on the other side won't cooperate with what u need lookin at you like ur stupid and don't know what you're talking about. Here is the best the guys from the acura in brooklyn hate is when u go there with part numbers cause they apparently feel like ur takin their job.

I've had similar experience with other brands. But for some reason, I've gotten lucky with this Acura. I needed a "dealership only" part... I needed the bracket and bushing to go around the steering rack. $11 each part, after taxes. I literally couldn't stop laughing when the parts guy told me! I felt like I won the lottery! hahaha

Yeah I hate when places won't let you bring your own parts, I realize that they want to make money on the parts, but no one wants to just charge labor. I never go to the dealer, last time I did, I waited a week for them to order the wrong parts when they had what i needed in stock. Like Kumar said, I use the acura oem sites for all my parts.

My last experience with the dealer service, my brakes failed for a second time, after they told me everything was fine, and I told them if it happened again, I would park my car in their showroom. Needless to say, I never went back.

I searched and searched....the best place to get the hood insulation retainers....(hood clips)....is Amazon.com. Who woulda thunk it.

Went to the dealer to get a oil drain plug gasket....1.50 for an aluminum washer. I checked ebay and got 100 for 12bucks. For the math challenged that's 12cents a piece.

Won't need to buy any for a long time...wish I could sell them to the dealer.
