Hey guys, I have a 99 cl and recently when i have been starting it, it seems like it does not want to fully turn over. I have to like give it gas to start it. The car shakes badly and the rpms are real low but when i give it gas it is fine. It starts up occasionally good, but not like it used to. I recently changed the plugs, the cap and the rotor to correct the problem but nothing. I know its not the starter or the battery. CAN ANY ONE HELP ME PLEASE...??

 

That happened to me like a month ago. Mine was the battery. I had to buy a new one.

Go get the battery tested. Mine only put out 8 volts!
