It happened to mine last summer and I had the dealer look at it and reset the codes for the airbag. It was $30.

Did the light come on after you did your gages? Think they are related? Did you get finished with them.

When I was doing my gauges I was going to use a fuse tap to connect the power and pulled the SRS fuse my mistake. Then I talked to you and did it that way. But after I got the gauges in I went for a test drive and my tach needle would stop at 3000 rpms then jump to 4000. It was weird and I couldn't figure out why, so I took them out.

Or and suggestions?

Also I am considering selling my gauges since I cant get them to work. I will sell to the best offer + $8 shipping. I paid 58 with shipping so I wont accept anything less than 35.

Mine popped on one day while I was driving. Took it in and dealer fixed it for free (waranty).
But three weeks ago my battery died. When it happened, all kinds of crazy shit started going on. The tranny would not shift back down to 1st at a stop, the gauges would drop to 0 at a stop and that damn SRS light popped back on. As soon as I replaced the battery everything worked perfectly again, but the light is still on. So, I'm dropping that car off again tomorrow.
