I have notice a squeal from inside my dash on the passenger side it sounds like there might be a fan in the dash that is rubbing when I have the ac. Today it made a really bad rubbing sound in addition to the squealing sound I turned of the ac and it stopped shortly after that. I think I need to replace the blower does any one have the instructions on how to do this. Please help.

Secondly sometime when I turn my ac on I will notice a foam or sponge like piece that has been blown out of the ac vents all four of them have had some that I have had to pull out what is this stuff coming from.

 

Some one please help or point me in the right direction

Take it to a shop just to see what they say.

 

That is where the air conditioner is, chances are somethings wrong. Go get it checked out
