Toyota from what I hear in PA is the only place that can fill up your tires with nitrogen. pretty sweet.

tires will never deflate. unless punctured of course. supposedly you'll never have to fill em up again. i contemplated it, didnt seem worth it at the time.

My friend's brother just put nitrogen in the tires of his new Si sedan, I'll ask him about it.

Apparently they are lighter and give you better gas mileage.. but seeing as air is 70% nitrogen or something like that, I don't see how the difference could be extreme.

Oh and they don't compliment combustion. Aircraft like 747's and stuff use nitrogen filled tires because they don't overheat an combust, so safety issue too.

Thats not totally true it will leech out slowly over time and you do need to keep an eye on the pressure. Its just that since it has no oxygen component, like standard compressed air, it doesn't cause oxidation which allows the tire to hold its pressure longer. Its a common misconception

I saw one this past Saturday at HIN Nightshift in Chicago... It was parked next to the AMS Evo, that when put on the dyno, made 1089 hp... Both cars and the show in general were insane...
