Speed Sensor Location?

Hey all

So, as it was inevitable, I got the check engine light with codes of P0700 and P0715. The first is the TCM trouble and the second has to do with the mainshaft speed sensor. In any case I have decided to try to replace the speed sensor to see how that works.

I just bought a speed sensor but for the life of me can't see where it fits. I know it's on the side of the tranny but the sensor I have does not seem to fit where I thought it was. Anyone with a picture of the speed sensor locations?

Here are pics of the part i bought off fleabay:

By the way

I have a '97 3.0. I have the same pics from Mitchell On Demand. I think I am looking in the right place but I'm not sure. I would really love a pic taken of the sensor on and off the tranny. Thanks for the reply.

Is that the correct speed sensor that I got though? The parts that I think are the speed sensors on the car don't seem to fit the connector on the part I bought. However, I checked the part number and I did get the correct part. Help!

Btw

Are there one (1) or two (2) bolts that attach the speed sensor to the tranny? The part I bought has two whereas it looks like the one on our tranny only has one.
