well if the code prohibits certain colour headlights and i think it's for the better, assholes or not, you commited an equipment infraction. pay to play i guess.

all of the "you cant do that tickets" in jersey are 54$.. you can pay them online, but its a 2$ convience fee if you do so lol

dont try fighting them, its a waste of time. and jersey state law is actually incredibly strict about modifying cars.

Damn is it really that serious? I love my 3k headlights, although they do get me in trouble. You gotta pay to play as said before.

Well, I don't mind them if they are controlled... but when they glare I can't stand them, which is probably why the OP got pulled over.

Mine aren't glared at all, i got em aimed correctly and i got the eyebrows to cut down on glare too. I still get pulled over though. I'm actually really tired of getting pulled over though and I'm considering a different route.

Yellow would be fine on a trailer pulled show car or something but I really don't like them in headlights.

Speaking of head lights. I drove around downtown Columbus Ohio for about an hour the other night with my 6000ks in and didn't get into any trouble... no flashes or anything.

i soo want those 3k's tho, apparently so much better in bad conditions
if only i could find some nice fogs to mod for my cl...
i love knowing that it's legal too, if a cop pulled me over for my hid's i'd just bitch him out, cuz our laws are the same as yours, just color restrictions, then i'd continue on to tell him that the halogens on his cruiser are more yellow than white and that that is illegal but i don't think i'd make it that far

naw, i don't think i'd have too much trouble with the police... no record whatsoever, no speeding tickets on my name, never actually been pulled over before (knock on wood)
and the only thing that may be considered illegal is my dvd deck, but it would be harder for them to spot

yeah right, i would only use them for fogs, if i find fogs, and they would be a different bulb type for a foglight.
so you're out of luck... just sell them to some ricer
