If shipping's only 2k on top of 10k for the car, hell I'd buy one, screw the emissions

Now dont go off getting an attitude:P
i used to live in nassau, bahamas. i could've gotten a car just like how he did. but a) the roads are pretty fucked up and small to drive a supersports car b) i totally don't feel comfortable buying a car from japan w/o me looking and test driving it 1st.
but it can be done.
i think in the cayman islands, they drive on the left side too, right?

well actually, it's not that hard to get the avg honda imported over here. Skyline is difficult for insurance reasons and you can't simply swap vin #'s.
You can just get the vins off a domestic honda and swap them onto a JDM car and be fine. And nowadays it's getting even easier. The skyline is a difficult one along w/ JDM supra's, etc.

and actually, you can now import anything relatively easily under the new show display and race importations. But you are limted to around 2,000 miles a year.
