every time i turn on my heater/air i hear this skeaking noies coming from the front right side of the car. when i shut it all off it stops. its this a belt or fan? how easy or hard is this to fix. and how much $$$$ will it cost. thanks

spray it with wd40 ... my altima does it ever since my plastic protectors fell from under the engine bay
