Side Mirrors

My driver side mirrors broke and deciding what to replace it with.

i) OEM
ii) Aftermarket with LED and power.

I called the dealership here and they wanted a whooping $400 CAN just for the driver side mirror.
Are they the same as Part No. 54201 on here?(Link below)

Because it's a lot cheaper on there.

Or replace it with an aftermarket one. I'm not feeling the M3 style though, not sure how it looks on a CL. Does anyone have a picture of it? I know Froggy does, but it's not really clear. Opinions on aftermarket mirrors?

go OEM

the ones off acuraautomotiveparts.org will be the same as OEM

I've ordered from them a couple times. Great service, fast shipping, & cheaper than the dealer.....I'd go with them

I agree, haven't seen one that appeals to me yet. The TSX mirrors with LED are nice though.

Thanks Jamz. That's what I wanted to hear, a feedback from using acuraautomotiveparts.

That's what I'm doing, but if you wanna stick with oem, they have them on ebay ALL the time. U may just have to paint it, but it'll be cheap as hell in the end.

www.motors.ebay.com search for 97 acura cl or 98 acura cl and there is almost always someone parting out mirrors, if u don't find one, ask people on here to help look, or wait a few days, they'll turn up.

I will have a set this week once i get the car. They are heated, power and OEM. Acura here in my area wants $145.35 each side. Just called them up. I'll take $70 each plus actual shipping costs. Let me know.
