Should I have a problem passing a smog check?

I recently added some modifications to my stock 97 2.2 CL. I need to get my car smogged and I was wondering if I should have any problems passing? The only mods I have done are replaced the intake with an AEM V2, Headers with DC headers, and Muffler with Magnaflow. Oh! I also got a new oem cat and o2 sensors. Everything added is Carb exempt. Also can a resonator go bad?

If they're carb exempt I don't see why you wouldn't pass

Congrats now rip the resonator and cat out, and put a 5" fart can on your car
