well tonight I went to the street races. I was 2 for 3. I lost to a subaru wrx. I beat a 1990 camaro, and a worthless pyle of shit that I don't even know but he said he had a built up 2 2 mazda engine. But than I smoked him. But anyway after all the racing I started smelling a burning smell. I believe it is my clutch. So do you guys recommend a brand over another one? I want to jump up to at least a stage 2.

cuz cuz it burns doesnt mean anything! you can still have years left on it. you wont need a new one till it starts slipping, but its kinda weird when i had my stock clutch it would slip for a couple days and then go back to normal for months

i dont even have a clutch (3.0) and when i beat on my car at or in races afterwards i smell something funny like a burning smell and its not rubber

bayonne, route 78(the hole),the p (shut down for now police got it on lock so don't go,should be back in action soon though)i heard hunts point is on lockdown too. there is also a spot where people just chill at the d&d in jersey city and show off their rides. lately people have been runnin on 1&9 north on the skyway late night. hit me up if you wanna roll out one sat (i work fri nights) we will rep the 1st gens.

Actually I knew I was gonna get wasted I was just inline and that's who was next to me.
When we lined up I told the guy "Your gonna stomp on me" He just laughed. SO we lined up and "3-2-1" We took off. He instantly got a car ahead of me and kept gaining. AFter like 1/8th of a mile he put his hazards on. But before that there was this ford probe that only lost buy 1/4 car length. That was sick

 

i hate when that happens!! i had to line up with a charger and an m3. i was then featured in the r kelly sex tape cuz i got pissed on.

 

u dont need a stage 2 clutch unless you have like 275 whp. stage 1 should be sufficient enough and closer to a stock feel (stage 2's will work out your leg lol). Go stage 2 if your gonna turbo or nitrous.

well I'm planning on turboing it by next spring. Or do u think if I stay away from the tack quit a bit I would be a lil better with the clutch. Also I live in Seattle and this happened out in southcenter.
