Shaved door handles good and bad...

Well i have had alot of questions regarding my shaved door handles heres the answers.
Well as you all know i have no door handles. I have had them for about a year now (minus the winters and the 4 months my licence was suspended. ) . The Selinoide in the doors are made to open up to and including 85 Lbs and thats the one i got caues we have heavy doors and the tech at autolock helped me out.
This is the problems with them. 1. When it is cold the selinoide freezes and does not open the door. 2. When it is to hot they dont work caues the selinoide it self gets hot when you use it and if ur cars been in the sun for instance while ur at work, it sees how hot it is and will not work. 3. there is a cable in your door connected to a pin that is in the center of the selinoide that pulls the latch. well my pin blew directly out of the selinoide cylinder leaving me with no way to open my driverside door from the outside. My father has a body shop that i do all the work to my car at and we had to rig and modify it to work again (what a pain in the ass). Then the cable in my door broke we had to get another cable and replace that. thats just some of the problems. if you have more questions on jhow we did the actually body work to remove the door handles thats a whole nother monster.
The Good, People think its the coolest thing they have seen i get more comp's from people about my car whether they are old young men and women all kinds of people want to see how it works.
2. my friends still go to grab my door handle when they are getting in my car its a good laugh.
3. not many people have this done.
4. it make the car look as smooth as possiable espically since the moldings are all shaved also.

Over all Shaving the door handles sucks for a daily driver.

i like that smooth look on your ride no side moldings and door handles, looks awsome man. other than that it does kinda suck with the problems you get from having to get rid of the door handles.

i knew i kid who ended up gettin them because while he was at the movies, someone drilled through his door locks and broke into his car and stole everything.

so he got shaved handles as a security measure...(so add that to the list of "good"

but yea, his would break from time to time and he'd have no way to get into his car sometimes...he's have to crawl through the hatch in the back.

I always love the look of the shaved handles and moldings, but hate the problems that comes with it.

How about....shave only one handle? Haha

...Or put lots of decals and stickers on the car so no one will notice the missing handle.

Dang so that's ur conclusion?
Good thing u made one up. I was always decided of doin that cause it looks so smooth. But if your havin those problems then nevermind I guess.
Now are these problems u get in the winter with all brands? It's just so shitty that it cant handle the cold. They gotta make it better or somethin.

(but if I do get a winter car, I'll consider it )
