shakin while idling

shakin while idling
i have a 99 3.0 cl, just wondering if any of you peoples cars do the same problem as mine. If im just stopped at a stop sign or red light u can feel the car just idling ruff, the whole car starts to shake a little. Its comin from the motor and the car just had a tune up, any idea what it could be?
