I just got back form the acura dealership. My check engine light has been on for like a month or two so I decided to take it in. Well it turns out that my intake manifold is scored and plugged up....hmmmm it seems to run fine. The dealership said they'll fix it under warranty. Weird, he said it was from my intake??

 

Is it an aftermarket intake? Your signature doesnt mention it.

Sure it wasnt the shift boot?

 

no its the stock intake. They said it was scored and plugged up..i was like ok???? But its under warranty so its all good.

 

what does that mean??? scored and plugged up?? with what?? oil??

 

I dont know I'll tell you when i get it cleaned
