It just started yesterday, whenever i'd turn a sharp corner, water would drip out from underneath glove box.

It's a minimum labor charge. I'm sure you can find somewhere else to do it for cheaper but not a whole lot cheaper.

to check for blockage, insert a piece of wire at the evporative housing condensation drain tube openings (lower right forward corner of the housing) see if that works

Check in the yellow pages for automotive air conditioning service, you should find something there. I dont know if you are going to find anything much cheaper than $50

It quiet easy to do. Jack up ur car and look for a rubber clear hose under ur car near the middle of the passenger side. That is how it is on my car 1st gen. CAREFULLY pull it out a bit and get a can of compressed air and spray into it. Now a couple things are going to happen here, 1) water will just come out, 2) lots of muddy water going to come out 3) Dirty nasty stuff going to come out 4) water going to be shooting all over the place. I recommend that you wear protective eye wear. Last thing I want is one of the CL members here to get something in their eye. Hope that helps a lot.
