how mechanically enclined are you..

if you've got the tools and the willpower (plus a bit of know-how) it should be fine.

If you've never even looked under your hood before you should probably take it to a mechanic.

ive done it twice on my cl and its not hard it just takes time and tools. If you cant install an intake, change your oil or do suspension work then you CANNOT do a tranny/clutch replacement. I can get one done in about 2.5 hours off the beer.....3-4 drunk.

I can barley walk when I'm drunk. How do you work on a car, drunk?

indeed he did and its fairly accurate and contains alot of information. Keep in mind, the pressure plate bolts are 19 ftbs and are 10mm 12 point, the fly bolts are 16 or 17 mm ( forgot which one i used ) 12 point.
