to remove the emblems, heat with blow dryer, then slide fishing line behind them to cut through the glue.
to remove the glue, soak with goo-gone or some kind of adhesive remover, then scrape the glue off with a credit card and wipe with rag.
afterwards wax it a dozen times.

ya i did that basiclly.. but had a problem since the paint was faded a bit it left a "ghost" of the emblems.. i got my local car wash buddies to buff that part out and got a haze.. CLpower hooked me up last weekend n polished it, and you can barely tell the side ones had the image. and to think, 3 body shops told me i had to paint the whole trunk it looks fine. good luck griff.

claybar is one of god's finest creations...for those who don't know what it is, it's a bar of clay that cleans beneath the surface of your paint and gives it that new car baby's ass soft feel...pepboys $10-$15....my car's paint was like sandpaper due to neglect when i got the car...then my friend told me about this and it worked wonders...just get good wax afterwards
