really b/c i hit 40 in first and the needle is a 7200 rmp when the revlimiter kicks in and 75 to 80 in second not to sure about second but ill try it soon. all i did to my cl is a new air filter that is behink the bumper so it lets lots of cold air.

thats because youre actually using the first and second gears, not d3 or d4. its manual, and if you dont know what youre doing its an easy way to blow your engine.

7500 rpm here
wait i have an H22

constantly hitting you rev cut isn't the smartest thing to do. redline is 6300 for a reason.

from my understanding, the block is very solid. but its not the block you're risking of damagin by reving too high. its the valve train.

turbo wise yes it can handle pressure. but hitting fuel cut on every gear is bad especially if you're not tuned. all it does it dump fuel into the block and run rich defeating the purpose of shifting past redline.
