Rear Lip FAIL
You should try to do this yourself. Just get the shop to cut the exhaust hole bigger.
You'll want to do it yourself so that you can line it up the way you want it. It's also not easy to get the lip to sit on your rear bumper perfectly without gaps.
I have the same lip and made a diy thread for the rear lip awhile ago. Search my posts if you want.

ya ill most likely do the cutting at this guys house i know so i can lower the lip more i have to take it back to the shop though to get it painted again. do u happen to know the name cuz i've been searching i found sum threads on ww rear lip.
What 3m tape are you using? I tried 1/2 at first and just doubled up but that didn't work at all. Wasn't strong enough. Got myself the 3/4 inch and that is much stronger.
Get some masking tape or something, and tape the lip up.
Like this. Not my picture. Racersedge's car from Toronto Accords. Can't remem his azine name. edit - nato is his name i think.

So at that stage. You've got your 3m tape on with red backing still there. And the lip supported by tape.
The first time I mounted the lip. I peeled the red backing off from one side first. Say, the left side. That didn't go very well and it ended up making the right side a little too long.
What you have to do before temp masking tape mounting it is... Slit the red backing... Right in the middle of the lip. This way you can peel from the middle and work on one side. And then peel the other way so that everything is even and there's less chance of error.
That 3m tape is strong too. After pressing it down, you can't really move it again. Without tearing it or something.

take a string and measure the buttom of the stock bumper. one side at a time. so basically you should have a peice of string that goes from the side, and lines up perfectly with the middle of the rear bumper. basically you should cut the lip so both peices are even length and meet in middle. its hard to explain but hope that helps ya.
and as far as cutting the honeycomb, thats all up to you and how u want it to look.
honestly if your unexpierienced i wouldnt try it yourself. but as far as how much to cut down the middle.... what i did is:

i'm going to shop to help me with some stuf... but once i'm done i'll post some pics for u guys....
honestly i would keep the front, side and rear lips black. well thats probably cuz my car is red nd black. however it is a better idea to paint after its placed on, that way when ur puttin it on, u dont scratch up the paint or other damages that can occur (dropping it).
yeah i definately would never attempt painting the lip while its on the car. i would just take the time to bondo the lip back together before you put it on.
or do as i did, and put it on as 2 seperate pieces. then eventually ill bondo and re paint over the little crack. but never paint the lip on the car unless its being molded on.
