Rear Disc Brakes

My rear disc brakes (especially the rear passenger) are making contact when car is in motion without the brake pedal being pressed. I can hear the noise louder when making right hand turns also. I just had the rear brakes and rotors replaced about 3,000 miles ago.

Does this mean that my calipers are bad?

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like a rear caliper is stuck. Try loosening it, or have the shop that just put the pads and rotors on take a look at it
