Question on wiring subs and amp.. rattling also

I just bought a 12" Alpine Type X with a Kicker KX850.2 - two channel 850 watts bridged at 4 ohms.

So I was wondering where you run the wiring so it's not visible or atleast somewhat hidden.

Also, any advice to stop the rattling thats most likely going to occur with such a powerful sub?

Thanks!

You'll want to dynamat or use some sort of sound proofing in the trunk, and probably the door panels too. That's what I did, I also sound proofed the deck inside the trunk. For the wires, you can poke out the rubber stopper that holds in your wire cluster under your dash, and run the power wire through there, then run down inside your fuse box, under the door sill, and back under the side of the seat. There is a pass through on each bottom side of the seat. Push it through, and pull out that carpet by the pass through, and your wire will come right out.

happy to help, it's really not hard, I've run like 6 different power wires through that route described above. You'll be fine
