Question about suspension

Hey all,

I just lowered my car with eibach pro kits and kyb gr-2 shocks. everything is all good except for one part. In the back it seems like the control arms are really low and if i hit a substantial enough bump it causes a heck of rubbing. Is there any way to fix that or anything? Here is the picture :

Picture 1124 is my favorite but you can look around. My buddy has a e30 but we haven't gotten any good pics of it yet... thanks for the help guys.

That does not look like a prokit drop, looks real freakin nice though, like the color as well, reminds me of CLPower's car. Maybe try getting slimmer tires

haha, I see your car randomly. I like the color of your car its the first thing I noticed when I saw your car the first time by the ARC. I was like "oh shit, a gunmetal CL, I want that color." Did you paint it that color or did you buy it like that? Good to see that you finally slammed your car, we should do a photoshoot sometime since we're like the only two fixed up cl's in davis

as for the noise, Ive never had a problem with the control arm in the back. It looks low when you have the car jacked up but it tucks nicely when you drop it back down. I have mine pushed out even more because I added some washers and I'm still fine. You should check if everything is on correctly because you shouldnt have a problems with the rear rubbing, if anything the front control arm should be the issue.

Since you have a large series tire, you could be rubbing the control arm but......

I have the pro-kit w/18's and in the beginning the tires rubbed on the fender "lip" Run your fingers across the arch of the fender well and see if you get some rubber. It only happened to me when I took a serious turn or went sideways up over a hill. I could hear it as well.

If thats the problem, it will go away after you rub the tires down a little.
