A Question about the MAINTANENCE REQUIRED LIGHT??
I was just wondering what color does the light turn when it supposedly says/needs maintenence required. The reason I'm asking is because it used to be kind of green, and now it looks yellow to me. So if anyone can let me know, that would be much appreciated Thanks..

It's a pretty simple/logical way that Acura worked that thing out. GREEN = Go! YELLOW = It's getting close, so please service me sometime soon!!! and RED = Damnit, I'm overdue, service me ASAP! Haha That's the way my service guy explained it. From what I'm told, when it hits red its probably been about 7,000 - 7,500 miles since your last service. Hope that helps.

Oh yeah, one more thing. If you don't take your car to an Acura dealer for servicing or someone who doesn't know to reset that little light then it will probably not corresond with the red light coming on at 7,500 miles, etc. So, make sure whoever services your car knows to reset that little light at every service.

It turns red every 7K miles. If you take care of your ride more often than that. Just slide your key in the slot next to it to reset it. It does nothing more than log mileage (not very useful IMO).
