Question about flywheels

I am replacing my clutch in a few weeks.. I am looking at an Exedy Stage 1 right now.. When i do my clutch i am also doing the slave cylinder and the flywheel. I want to go with a light weight flywheel as i have plans for this motor. My question is what does the stock flywheel weigh and what lb flywheel would you suggest. I found 12.5, 8.8, 8, and 7.5. Let me know

The stock flywheel is about 20lbs. Id go with the 12.5. You don't want to go too light because the lighter the flywheel is, the faster the rpms drop when you shift.

not too light, not too heavy
10-12 should be good
id go with the act chrome-moly forgings instead of the Exedy aluminum. Your choice.

Aluminum is fine for normal use, but im tearin mine up with boost (been resurfaced once and ive only put 20k on it). Id second this recommendation.

I mean the aluminum flywheel isnt causing a problem as of yet, but they did resurface it when i went from F23 to H22. I know the clutch i have now is only rated for 275 ft-lbs and im putting over 300 to the wheels, so im tearin that up for sure. Other than that, its running great now that I got it built. I got a couple videos tonight that are awaiting google approval, then i'll post them up, and now that its summer and im out of school and got a new digicam there will be plenty more to come.

for sure
im looking to buy a blown h22 with intact block
tear it apart and take it to the machine shop down the block for the work
it will take a lil longer but im sure it will cost a lot less money
did you run into any issues with the turbo piping?
